The edible eiffel design came completely off the cake and the top layer of the cake also slide off! I called the manager to inform them and they were completely unreasonable! They basically said that we transported the cake in the wrong type of car!!! So basically it was our fault! They didnt offer a refund, store credit or anything! I have given this company plenty of business in the past but i wont give them anymore due to poor customer serviceOctober 18, 2016
