Called today to discover its not arriving until perhaps Monday 3.20.17. 2 days after my sister's birthday, missing the chance to surprise her. Upon calling, they suggested calling UPS who suggested me to call Nonna Randazzo's who said "once it leaves the bakery its not their fault". So when I get a spoiled cake Monday, I guess my $59 are down the toilet too?!?! We'll see if they properly issue a refund for a useless spoiled cake or just take my money.August 04, 2016
